Invited to an electoral show on Digi24, Cătălin Drulă tried to explain why Bucharest residents should not vote for the other candidates running in the electoral race.
"I cannot choose between a toad and a cucumber or between plague and AIDS," said Cătălin Drulă directly.
When the show's moderator, journalist Claudiu Pândaru, drew his attention to the language used, Cătălin Drulă tried to explain that, in fact, his statement is a metaphor: "It was a metaphor for evil. We cannot progress if we are under the oppression of the lesser evil."
