The Central Electoral Bureau has admitted the appeal of USR Brasov, considering that George Simion and AUR illegally distributed electoral advertising materials containing personal data of voters without consent. The BEC decision requires the immediate withdrawal of these letters. USR emphasized that the use of personal data for electoral purposes without transparency is illegal and demanded sanctions from the ANSPDCP.
