Dragoș Pîslaru, Minister of Investment, analyzed the new Multiannual Financial Framework 2028-2035, proposed by the European Commission, which provides an initial allocation of 60 billion euro for Romania. Although the amount is considered good, it comes with strict conditions and Romania must be well prepared to deliver results. In the fall, Romania will have to define its position and negotiations on the regulation will start in 2026. Pîslaru stresses the importance of a proactive approach to avoid past mistakes.
