Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan confirmed that the resignation of Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu has been registered and is to be signed to be sent to the Presidential Administration.

Dragoș Anastasiu announced his resignation from Ilie Bolojan's cabinet on Sunday after admitting in court that he bribed an ANAF official for 8 years. Premier Bolojan said the resignation was registered on Monday and that the document was brought for signature before the press conference in order to close the procedure at the Presidential Administration. Anastasiu said he could no longer contribute in this climate.
