Affidea Romania continues its expansion plan in integrated medical services and announces the acquisition of five centers: the Phoenix clinics in Bucharest, Arad, Sf. Gheorghe, Sighetu Marmației, and the GMH Clinic in the Capital. Thus, the Affidea network reaches 81 clinics in 33 cities.
Through this expansion, Affidea Romania Clinics are developing a national presence and the capacity to provide rapid access to high-quality medical services, closer to patients. Additionally, this investment marks Affidea's entry into two new cities - Sf. Gheorghe and Sighetu Marmației and the expansion of imaging and outpatient services in areas with a growing need for access to diagnostic services.

The expansion reflects Affidea's commitment to building an ecosystem of integrated medical services, where the patient benefits from a complete journey from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and monitoring.

"We continue to invest in the expansion of the Affidea network to be closer to patients and to respond to a real need for rapid access to modern, safe, and high-quality medical services in as many communities in Romania as possible. In this context, the integration of the new clinics represents an important step in our development strategy and in our mission to build a more accessible and efficient healthcare system," declares Răzvan Predica, Cluster CEO Affidea: Romania, Hungary, and Greece.
The new Phoenix centers contribute to the expansion of diagnostic and treatment capacity. At the Phoenix center in Sf. Gheorghe, patients can undergo MRI and ultrasound investigations, while at Phoenix Sighetu Marmației and Bucharest CF 2 - MRI examinations.
Additionally, patients at the Phoenix clinic in Arad benefit from an extensive range of services: MRI investigations, specialty consultations: Neurology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Traumatology Orthopedics.

"The Affidea Clinics Network is actually an ecosystem of integrated medical services, where patients benefit from a complete portfolio of medical procedures. Affidea has the largest fleet of imaging investigation equipment in our country, state-of-the-art equipment equipped with AI technology, which positions the standard of examinations at an unprecedented level," mentions Răzvan Predica, Cluster CEO Affidea: Romania, Hungary, and Greece. Through this expansion, Affidea demonstrates once again its role as a strategic partner in the healthcare system.
