The victim, contacted by telephone by people claiming to be from a bank, was manipulated into transferring almost 50,000 lei into another account. The police intervened and the prosecutor ordered precautionary measures on the account, realizing that the account holder was also a victim. The 45,705 lei will be returned to the woman.
