The Yellow Code warning targets the counties of Timiș, Arad, and Bihor, where high temperatures and thermal discomfort are expected, with the temperature-humidity index (THI) reaching the critical threshold of 80 units. Maximum temperatures will range between 34 and 37 degrees. In Bucharest, the weather will warm up, with maximums of 32-33 degrees and clear skies, between 12:00 and 21:00.
