USR Cluj calls for cutting the bonus granted to City Hall employees, considered unjustified and a waste of public money. Senator Ciprian Rus and the leader of the USR group of councillors, George Trif, emphasize that this bonus, called 'bonus for harmful conditions', is not related to the real risks of work and is maintained without re-evaluation. USR Cluj calls for transparency and a real reform of the administrative apparatus to ensure fair pay.
