Unirea Shopping Center aims at a significant transformation, adapting to new consumer trends by redefining its commercial spaces. The collaboration with Colliers Romania will facilitate the attraction of new tenants and the integration of various functionalities, including restaurants and co-working spaces. The Union Square area, under structural rehabilitation, offers the opportunity for a commercial reconfiguration, given the constant flow of visitors due to its central location. The transformation of the center in Brasov is also planned, with an estimated reopening in 2026-2027.
