In the first nine months of the year, the telemedicine service ALOPEDI was contacted by over 9,000 parents, with most requests coming from outside Cluj County.

The Cluj County Council announced that, in the first nine months of 2023, the telemedicine service ALOPEDI received 9,064 calls, of which 33.34% were from outside the county. The President of CJ Cluj, Alin Tișe, emphasized the importance of parents' trust in this 24/7 service. Almost 70% of the calls had solutions for home care, and fever was the main reason for seeking medical advice.
