The Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu, estimates that by the end of the year it will be possible to travel on the highway from Focșani to Buzău.

Grindeanu said that there are 13 lots on the A7 highway, from Ploiești to Pașcani, financed by the PNRR, and the pace of work is forcing other builders to speed up. The deadlines for completion of the 13 lots are until the end of next year, but the minister estimates that half of them will be opened to traffic this year.
