Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu has made two requests to Education Minister Ligia Deca, including the continuation of the investigation into the Nicolae Titulescu school.

The request comes in the context of the rape of a pupil in a school toilet. Ciolacu also called for OECD proposals on performance-based pay in education to be taken on board. The education minister was urgently summoned to the government to explain the situation to the prime minister.
