Ilie Bolojan said that although the 180,000 lei allowances for CCR judges at the end of their term of office are legal according to the law, they are immoral in the current economic situation. The Prime Minister emphasized that if the Court does not have funds, the Government will not be able to allocate additional money, given that the budget rectification will be negative. He emphasized the importance of decency and normality in handling such situations.
