Nicușor Dan stated that the main objective of the Republic of Moldova is to integrate into the European Union, emphasizing the importance of Romania's support until 2030, both diplomatic and operational. He mentioned the need to expand the energy and economic connection between the two countries, as well as to solve visa and citizenship issues. Dan also expressed his wish that his first official visit as President of Romania would be to the Republic of Moldova.
