The Court of Appeal upheld the appeal to annul the 8 years and 8 months prison sentence in the Mario Iorgulescu case!

The Bucharest Court of Appeal (CAB) has accepted in principle the appeal for annulment lodged by Mario Iorgulescu, son of LPF chief Gino Iorgulescu, against the second final sentence of 8 years and 8 months in prison for manslaughter handed down by another panel of the CAB on December 18, 2024.
