In an interview with TVR Info, Ionuț Moșteanu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, said that Rafael is the winner of the tender procedure for the SHORAD-VSHORAD missiles, essential for Romania's defense. These short- and very short-range missiles are needed to protect airports, military bases and cities. The contract is to be signed in the fall, after the necessary correspondence has been finalized.
