President Nicușor Dan avoided confirming whether Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan is considering resigning, after he threatened that he might leave the head of the Government due to the deadlock regarding local administration reform. Asked in Cernavodă about this subject, the head of state only said that "there are things discussed there" and emphasized twice that "the coalition is functioning and moving forward," in the context of the tensions that have arisen between PNL and PSD regarding the reduction of expenses in public administration.
