Employees at the Victoria Palace, through their union, have denounced an attempt at intimidation by Mihai Jurca, the head of the Prime Minister's office, who allegedly requested them to compile lists of individuals who protested against the Government. They believe that such actions are reminiscent of political police methods and emphasize that the right to free expression should not be negotiated. The spontaneous protest by the employees was a reaction to the lack of social dialogue and the discriminatory treatment applied in public institutions.
