The company audited by the DGAF sold photovoltaic panels without recording the sales in the accounts and without declaring them to the tax authorities, causing a loss of over 2 million lei. The legal representatives of the company tried to hinder the checks by using intermediaries to hide the identity of the beneficiaries. The DGAF will refer the matter to the criminal prosecution authorities to recover the damages. Six other alternative transportation companies have also been identified, which have caused damage amounting to approximately 27.8 million lei.
