Denis le Vot, head of Dacia, discussed the EuroNCAP rating, noting that cars older than five years could get zero or even negative stars. Although the EuroNCAP rating is not mandatory, he stressed the importance of equipping cars with safety technology. Le Vot explained that Dacia offers a high level of passive safety, and three-star models are safer than many second-hand cars. He also commented on the Jogger model, which got one star due to the lack of a seatbelt reminder on the third row.
