The Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) is set to postpone the ruling on Wednesday, October 8, regarding the referral from the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ÎCCJ) concerning the law on the service pensions of magistrates, according to sources from digi24.ro.

On September 24, the CCR judges had several referrals on the table regarding the measures in package 2 of the Bolojan cabinet. The Court unanimously rejected the Opposition's referral regarding the law to streamline the activities of certain autonomous administrative authorities.
