Baia Mare City Hall has launched a 4.4 million euro investment program for the rehabilitation of 240 social housing units.

The investment program is funded under Priority 3 - A region with environmentally friendly localities of the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027. The two blocks included in the project will benefit from thermal renovation to increase energy efficiency by almost 40%.
