UPFR, the designated collector, refuses to distribute the amounts due to publishers, citing unfounded legal arguments. This situation affects the economic sustainability of editorial offices and undermines the media industry. AGDE calls for the immediate distribution of remuneration and a review of UPFR's status as the sole collector, emphasizing the importance of respecting publishers' rights for a pluralistic media landscape.
