The seizure took place in PTF Negru Voda, where police officers stopped a convoy and discovered the items hidden under the tarpaulin. The driver, a Romanian citizen, presented documents proving that he was transporting sunflower seeds, but under the tarpaulin there were articles of clothing. The products were seized for further investigation.
