A young man was placed under house arrest after kidnapping an eight-month-old baby from his grandmother

The 22-year-old man has been charged with unlawful deprivation of liberty after he took the child from his grandmother's home and took him to a locality in Timis County. The police found the minor at his sister's house and the young man was detained for 24 hours and placed under house arrest for 30 days.
