A 14-year-old boy from a village in Alba stole a car and caused an accident injuring a 16-year-old girl passenger in the car.

The incident took place on a county road in Alba, where the 14-year-old boy stole the car that was parked and unsecured, with the keys in the ignition. He drove the car into an electricity pole. The 16-year-old female passenger was injured and taken to hospital. Police have opened an investigation for theft for intent to steal and negligent injury.
