The National House of Public Pensions has announced that exemptions from social contributions apply to pensioners, persons with disabilities, self-employed professionals in the judiciary, and patent holders. Additionally, employees with contributions paid by the employer and individuals in elective positions benefit from these exemptions. However, those who receive social allowances for the elderly are not considered pensioners and do not benefit from the exemption. CNAS recommends checking the status before making payments.
