The donation ceremony took place in the Great National Assembly Square in Chișinău, where DRRM signed an agreement with the National Library of the Republic of Moldova. The project 'Equipping Libraries in the Republic of Moldova, Edition II' aims to increase access to Romanian literature. The Minister of Culture, Sergiu Prodan, emphasized the importance of Romanian books in communities, while the Romanian Secretary of State, Dragoș Mihai Hotea, reaffirmed Romania's support for Moldova's European development. The donation includes over 100,000 printed and digital volumes.
