PAS obtained almost 50% of the votes, double that of the pro-Russian alliance. Fritz highlighted the mobilization of Moldovans, Maia Sandu's determination, and the professionalism of the security institutions as key factors in this victory. He concluded that Moldova must become the next member of the European Union.
