According to a BSI report, the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence by large companies threatens job opportunities for young people, especially those from Generation Z. 76% of business leaders expect immediate benefits from AI, which leads to a decrease in entry-level hiring. Susan Taylor Martin, CEO of BSI, emphasizes the need to invest in the workforce, not just in technology. Young people will need to adapt by developing specific skills, including AI literacy, and by pursuing alternative training pathways.
