<p>SpaceX has announced it will resume test flights for the Starship rocket after the latest test resulted in an explosion of the rocket's second stage. The company made modifications to increase the reliability of the upper stage. The test flight will also include an attempt to re-catch the rocket's first stage, a complex maneuver.
