The update, announced on Monday, allows parents to link their ChatGPT account to that of their teenager and set personalized limits for a safer and more age-appropriate experience. The launch comes following a lawsuit filed in San Francisco by the parents of a 16-year-old teenager who was allegedly encouraged by ChatGPT to take his own life.
