Nvidia has announced a $2 billion investment in cloud computing provider CoreWeave, aimed at accelerating the implementation of specialized data centers for artificial intelligence (AI) by 2030. Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, highlighted CoreWeave's expertise in AI factories and execution speed, recognized throughout the industry.
This collaboration comes in response to the extremely high demand for Nvidia AI solutions, essential in the AI industrial revolution. Nvidia had previously invested in CoreWeave, acquiring shares at a price of $87.20, and following the recent announcement, CoreWeave's shares rose by 10%, reaching $101.80 in pre-market trading.
