Google proposes a new interface called AI Inbox, which will transform the way users manage messages in Gmail. Instead of the traditional list of messages, artificial intelligence will analyze the text and suggest concrete actions, such as paying a bill or rescheduling an appointment. The goal of this innovation is to save the time needed to read each message. AI Inbox will initially be tested by a small group of users in the USA, and will later be available to all over three billion Gmail users. However, this change comes with risks, including the possibility that AI may mislead users.
