Pancreatic cancer, with a high mortality rate, is often diagnosed late. Recent studies suggest that artificial intelligence (AI) can help identify the disease early and predict its progression. A team of researchers from the University of Sharjah has highlighted the potential of AI in personalized diagnosis and treatments, underlining the importance of multi-omics analysis. Although still in its infancy, AI could transform the way pancreatic cancer is managed, facilitating more effective interventions and improving patient outcomes.
