The comet known as 3I/Atlas will fly just 29 million kilometers from the red planet, at its closest approach during its journey through the inner solar system. Its astonishing speed: 310,000 km/h. Both the satellites of the European Space Agency around Mars and the rovers and NASA satellites on the red planet are already directing their cameras towards the comet, as well as being available to assist in observations.
