In his speech at the European Political Community summit, Zelensky emphasized the need to finalize the details regarding security guarantees for Ukraine, mentioning that 26 countries have committed to help protect Ukraine against a possible Russian invasion. He called for each commitment to be approved in national parliaments, to have a solid legal basis. Additionally, Zelensky requested the strengthening of sanctions against Russia and urged European countries, especially Hungary, to stop financing the Kremlin through oil purchases.
