Zelenski said Putin is trying to avoid holding a meeting to discuss peace arrangements, pointing to Russian attacks on Ukraine and provocations to NATO countries. He urged partners to put pressure on Russia to end the war, saying Putin only responds with force. Zelenski's comments were made against the backdrop of Trump's expressed frustration with Trump's obstruction of Russia and the Biden administration's lack of responsiveness.
