Wild Hornets has announced the development of the STING interceptor, designed to counter Shahed drones. After a year of intense work, which included hundreds of tests and frontline missions, the team has managed to produce a simple and affordable interceptor. In just four months of series production, Ukrainian defenders have managed to shoot down over 1,000 Shahed and Geran drones, demonstrating the effectiveness of STING, with nearly half of these interceptions occurring in October. Significant investments and the dedication of the team have been essential for the success of this project.
