US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin says the new assistance package will include anti-tank weapons, air defense interceptors and other critical equipment. The announcement comes as Ukraine faces frequent missile and drone attacks from Russian forces. Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski has urged international leaders to relax restrictions on the use of Western weapons to allow Ukraine to retaliate against Russian attacks.
