The president's envoy Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, has arrived in Switzerland, in the context in which the USA and Iran are proposing to resume technical discussions. Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, has also arrived for negotiations. Although the next round of discussions was scheduled for Friday, it was canceled due to the escalation of violence between Israel and Hezbollah.
