Most of Europe's postal services have stopped sending parcels to the US because of the uncertainty over new import tariffs announced by Donald Trump.

The US President's announcement to abolish, as of August 29, a tax exemption that allowed small parcels under $800 to enter the US duty-free has prompted the suspension of most mail sent to the US by several postal services in Europe. The new rates are due to take effect at the end of August.
