Delegations from Ukraine and Russia arrived at the Ciragan Palace for the second round of peace talks, but the start of talks was delayed. Ukraine coordinated positions with European partners and President Zelenski emphasized the need for important decisions such as a ceasefire and the return of prisoners. As part of the negotiations, Russia will present a memorandum with its conditions for a peace agreement.
