In Istanbul, Rustem Umerov and Vladimir Medinski held a tete-a-tete meeting ahead of the third round of peace talks between Ukraine and Russia, which began in May. The talks have led to prisoner exchanges, and the Ukrainian team, led by Umerov, includes senior members of the security administration. The talks were scheduled for 19:00 local time at the Ciragan Palace.
