Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski has announced that Ukraine has received confirmation for the delivery of three Patriot systems, two from Germany and one from Norway, and is in talks with Dutch partners for additional supplies. Ukraine is seeking funding for a total of ten systems, following an agreement with the US that allows purchases of American weapons. Zelenski also outlined a $40 billion funding gap for the coming year, needed for defense equipment including missiles and drones.
