The Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) brings together financial contributions from NATO members, excluding the USA, for the procurement of military equipment. President Zelensky announced that Ukraine has already received 2 billion dollars and expects 3.5–3.6 billion in October, for Patriot missiles and HIMARS munitions. Although Russia expresses its willingness for negotiations, airstrikes continue, causing destruction. Additionally, a new US-Ukraine fund of 150 million dollars will support the Ukrainian mining sector.
