The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has announced the start of discussions with the National Bank of Ukraine and experts from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a new financial cooperation program. The negotiations focus on key objectives of economic policy, including fiscal and monetary policy aimed at maintaining macro-financial stability. Among the priorities discussed are strengthening governance, combating corruption, and creating conditions for sustainable economic growth.

The Minister of Finance, Sergii Marchenko, emphasized that the new program will help meet medium-term budgetary needs and support the structural reforms necessary for economic recovery and European integration.
