Britain, as a signatory to the Rome Statute, would be bound by its obligations under international law and international humanitarian law. The Foreign Secretary emphasized that in the event of a visit by Netanyahu, the legal procedure would be followed with regard to arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court.
