<p>£2.3 billion of Roman Abramovich's £2.3 billion from the sale of FC Chelsea is to be redirected to Ukraine. These funds have currently been sitting in a special account for over two years, frozen by the UK government. Minister David Lammy has promised to work to unlock the money and use it to support Kiev.
