Edi Rama has said the idea of Britain looking for places to send migrants is evidence of a dramatic shift in public discourse post-Brexit. The plan, announced by Labour leader Keir Starmer, would set up "return centers" in third countries to process rejected asylum claims. Rama pointed out that a decade ago such an idea would have been considered unacceptable, but now it reflects a grim reality for Britain.
